By playing Ludo Toofan you agree to these terms. They are short. Please read them.

The game

• Ludo Toofan is free to play in your web browser.
• We may change the game, add or remove modes, or stop the game at any time.
• We try to keep the game running, but we cannot promise it will always work.

Coins and items

• Coins are play money inside the game. You earn them by playing and by watching ads.
• Coins and items have no real money value. You cannot buy, sell or swap them for money.
• We may change prices, rewards or items. If we find coins earned by cheating, we may remove them.

Fair play

• Do not cheat, hack the game, use bots in online games, or attack our servers.
• Be kind. Do not use a rude or hateful name.
• If someone breaks these rules, we may block them from online games or remove their account.

Your account

• Signing in with Google is optional. It keeps your coins and level safe on other devices.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See the Privacy page.

Our work

• The game, its code, art and sounds belong to Grincade Studio.
• Do not copy the game or put it on another site without our written permission.

Limits

The game is given "as is". As far as the law allows, Grincade Studio is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the game.
